• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop migration strategies • Customize and configure Salesforce • Develop and implement Salesforce automation • Design and implement Salesforce integrations • Develop and execute test plans • Provide training and support to end-users • Provide ongoing support and maintenance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 211) preferred • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification required • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components • Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows • Knowledge of Salesforce integration methods and tools including REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
