📋 Description

• Monitor and interpret regulations applicable to the business, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Support the implementation, review, and enhancement of policies, standards, procedures, and internal controls. • Work on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF), integrity, due diligence, and risk management matters. • Conduct regulatory analyses and prepare legal opinions related to the company’s operations. • Support audits, inspections, and engagements with regulatory bodies and competent authorities. • Prepare reports, mandatory communications, and regulatory documentation. • Draft, review, negotiate, and validate medium- and high-complexity commercial contracts. • Issue legal opinions and provide guidance to the company’s various departments. • Support the structuring of new products, services, and business initiatives from a legal and regulatory perspective. • Ensure the legal compliance of campaigns, promotional activities, and commercial initiatives. • Manage judicial and administrative proceedings in collaboration with external law firms. • Define litigation strategies and monitor legal contingencies. • Draft and review pleadings, submissions, notices, legal opinions, and other legal documents. • Monitor deadlines, obligations, and risks related to litigation. • Identify, assess, and propose mitigation measures for legal, regulatory, and operational risks. • Contribute to the development of processes, workflows, and controls within the Legal department. • Support legal management and compliance tools and performance indicators. • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Human Resources, and Technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in corporate legal matters. • Background in regulatory affairs, compliance, and risk management. • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. • Knowledge of civil and employment litigation. • Excellent legal writing and legal opinion drafting skills. • Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset. • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF), Due Diligence, KYC, KYE, and KYP. • Experience working at technology companies, digital platforms, or in regulated industries. • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. • A law degree is indicated in the job application as an educational requirement.
