Description
• UX Architect role focusing on prototyping, gathering insights, technical details, and communication • Leading design-centric projects hands-on from initiation to completion • Reporting directly to the VP of Design & UX and working in a multi-faceted team • Balancing changing priorities, stakeholder feedback, and providing high-quality user experiences • Initiating user discovery sessions, design thinking discussions, and journey mapping workshops • Delivering designs on-time and maintaining quality standards • Seeking user feedback and validation to improve deliverables continuously
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience in digital design, UI+GUI, and full-stack product design • Stellar portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative thinking • 3+ years of experience leading UX workshops • Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Invision & Adobe Creative Suite • Humble, curious, hard worker, and empathetic • Superb written and oral communication skills • Ability to learn, iterate, and work under pressure
