Description

• Lead the development, implementation and optimization of statistical models • Action on new business opportunities and optimize existing strategies • Perform data exploration and analysis • Develop subject matter expertise of underwriting practices or customer acquisition channels • Collaborate with business and technology teams • Build data science pipelines to support continuous testing and implementation of new models

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytical experience • 3+ years of experience in online consumer lending industry • Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative field • Expert in data manipulation and statistical analysis tools • Hands-on experience with predictive model techniques • Knowledge of optimization, experimental design, A/B testing, and bootstrapping • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills • Comfortable with ambiguity • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Great verbal and writing communication skills • Highly self-motivated in a remote working environment • Experience in data engineering and lending industry is a plus
