📋 Description

• Lead and develop the DACH AE PRO team, driving consistent quota attainment and individual growth. • Coach, inspire, and empower your team through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and actionable feedback. • Execute the go-to-market strategy defined with the Sales Director, ensuring alignment with Marketing, CS, and Product teams. • Monitor and manage pipeline health: ensure strong forecasting accuracy, data hygiene, and deal progression. • Support full-cycle sales execution - from prospecting to closing - ensuring best practices and customer excellence. • Work with Marketing, Revops & the Sales leadership on pipeline generation. • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team and across regions. • Champion Brevo’s values and culture, creating an environment of trust, transparency, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in CRM, MarTech or SaaS environments • 2+ years of sales management or team leadership experience, with proven success leading AEs or inside sales teams • Strong track record in SMB or Mid-Market sales cycles, with full ownership from lead to close • Native-level German and excellent English communication skills • Excellent coaching, communication, and motivational skills • Strong experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting • Comfortable working in fast-changing, high-growth environments
