📋 Description

• Design and develop enterprise-level .NET software systems • Translate business and technical requirements into robust software design • Optimize software for performance, security, and quality • Produce technical documentation and estimate effort/time for development • Set and follow software development standards • Propose technical solutions to business needs and technical problems • Collect and interpret software metrics • Manage configuration and releases • Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment • Test solutions and develop testing tools; prototype solutions • Act as 2nd/3rd line support • Lead development teams where required

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of IT-relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar development role or relevant to the profile • At least 2 years of experience with mission-critical, complex enterprise systems, including asset management, human resources management, and/or financial management • Experience through at least one complete software development lifecycle • Ability to develop enterprise-level software systems in the .NET technology domain • Proficiency designing and developing across data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer • Working knowledge of UML for application design • Experience in Scrum/Agile development environments • Ability to lead technical teams and document technical solutions effectively • Strong problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in an ICT-relevant field • English proficiency at CEFR level B2 or above • At least one intermediate-level certification in software development relevant to the .NET domain, or an internationally recognized equivalent
