📋 Description

• Independently manage the recruiting process—from clarifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates to successful placement • Conduct active sourcing and direct outreach to qualified IT professionals via LinkedIn, XING, and other relevant channels • Work closely with Sales and the executive team to understand customer and project needs at an early stage and translate them into suitable search profiles • Recruit specialists in software development, IT architecture, project management, and consulting, as well as increasingly in AI and data • Support tenders and customer inquiries by identifying and preparing suitable candidate profiles • Build and maintain a relevant talent pool and continuously develop our recruiting activities

🎯 Requirements

• Initial professional experience in IT recruiting, ideally including active sourcing • Good understanding of IT profiles and an interest in current technological developments • Experience with direct outreach via platforms such as LinkedIn and XING • Interest in AI, data, and emerging technology roles, along with a willingness to familiarize yourself with new search profiles • Enjoy working closely with Sales and specialist departments, with a strong understanding of people and requirements • Independent, structured approach to work • Initiative and a hands-on mentality • Reliability and strong organizational skills • Fluency in written and spoken German
