Description

• Join the Product team’s Enterprise Product Management Office (PMO) focused on efficient and impactful software development management from ideation to launch. • Looking for an innately curious business analyst with an interest in reporting and evaluating trends on team performance, alignment with strategic initiatives, and success of launches. • Work with all facets of the enterprise, from engineers to marketers, to expose areas to work smarter with high quality. • Influence will impact some of the biggest brands in the world and their millions of viewers. • Opportunity to dive into Project Management in a SaaS tech environment and gain exposure to engineering and product management best practices, ways of working, and prioritizing critical projects for the business. • Responsible for a variety of PMO support and internal subject matter expert activities for technologies such as Aha! and Jellyfish SaaS instances. • Manage cycle time and flow through the SDLC process via cycle and trend reporting. • Be the source of truth for analysis, create indices, report analytics, and identify insights. • Build up a repository of project templates to support Project Managers, enforcing data hygiene within JIRA and training others on best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years in data or business analysis function for a software development firm or agency. • High attention to detail, innately curious about behavior patterns and impact. • Creative and strong problem solver with the ability to drive operational excellence. • Positive attitude with a team player mentality. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and competing deadlines. • Ability to extrapolate trends from data and present findings. • Demonstrated ability to specify KPI and reporting requirements. • Experience with Atlassian, Jellyfish, and Aha! is a must. • Smartsheet and Gainsight experience is nice to have.
