• Liderar proyectos de principio a fin • Optimizar recursos y coordinar equipos de alto rendimiento • Negociar con clientes en un entorno global • Estructurar flujos de trabajo eficientes • Mitigar riesgos y garantizar entregas impecables
🎯 Requirements
• Profesional en carreras administrativas, ingenierías o áreas afines. • Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia liderando la gestión de proyectos tecnologicos. • Dominio de inglés (nivel B2+ o C1). • Gestión de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Manejo experto de herramientas de administración de proyectos (Asana, Jira, Monday, Trello o similares). • Sólida capacidad para definir cronogramas, asignar recursos y equilibrar la capacidad de producción del equipo.
