• Experience of at least 5 years in the sales world of SaaS • Previous experience of Contact Centers, with operational and technical knowledge will be considered a plus. • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines • Experience in managing and upselling to large or global accounts • Strong analytical skills and adept at using key data, CRM and reporting tools. • Demonstrated experience of customer and partner experience, sales cycles and end-to-end business processes in a SaaS landscape.
