Description
• Play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing voice platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and security • Identify and troubleshoot problems related to voice quality and connectivity • Help roll out milestone releases • Improve scalability, service reliability, capacity, and performance • Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and tracking of the platform • Share knowledge about platform changes with support and NOC teams
Requirements
• Higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting UCaaS/CCaaS systems • Expertise in VoIP related protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP) • Experience with signaling analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark, sngrep, Homer) • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities efficiently • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Experience with Observability, Monitoring, Performance or Availability tools or services, preferably in the infrastructure monitoring area
