Description
• Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Web Developer (WordPress) to join our growing Marketing team • Play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence • Manage our WordPress instances, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently • Work closely with our marketing and product teams to implement new features, improve website functionality, and provide a seamless user experience across our digital platforms
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing WordPress websites, including theme and plugin development, custom post types, and API integrations • Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles • Experience with website optimization tools and strategies, including SEO, caching, and content delivery networks • Strong understanding of website security best practices and experience implementing security measures for WordPress • Familiarity with website analytics and performance monitoring tools • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team • Strong communication skills (fluent English is a must), with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms
