Description

• Own in-store experiences and outdoor events • Be onsite leader for all marketing events and activations • Develop and execute marketing programs to reach urban runners • Drive business through integrated marketing concepts • Educate and motivate runners about Brooks technology • Lead and support community events and content activations • Manage workload of volunteers and ambassadors • Facilitate connections through community outreach • Represent Brooks brand values in all efforts • Identify opportunities in local running scene • Create traffic-driving events to promote sales • Drive marketing through various channels • Communicate with retail partners and track program spending • Identify additional partnership opportunities in the community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field • 1+ years of hands-on experience in events • Experience in multi-tasking and fast-paced environments • Initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Project management skills and ability to prioritize deadlines • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Ability to create detailed project plans • Professional communication skills • Computer proficiency with MS Office • Passion for running and Brooks values • Ability to travel frequently to national events
