• Drive Account Growth and Profitability: Directly own and manage a book of business • Cultivate Strategic Client Partnerships: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships • Execute Expansion Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales quota • Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Customer Success, Renewals, and other internal teams • Lead Solution Shaping: Identify evolving client needs and business challenges • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain impeccable data hygiene and reporting accuracy in Salesforce.com • Manage Global Client Base: Take responsibility for managing and growing accounts that may span global markets
• 3–7 years of progressive experience in selling complex technology or enterprise solutions, including at least 3 years in a direct closing role • Proven Book of Business (BoB) Growth expertise • Expertise in managing the entire customer lifecycle • A history of success in strategic account management • Exceptional ability to identify and qualify strategic growth opportunities • Solid understanding of cloud computing or complex SaaS business models • Previous exposure or success in international sales and account management will be considered a significant plus
