Description

• Drive the development and implementation of .Net, React, and AI applications, with a focus on the use of generative AI for creating innovative web applications. • Lead and manage a team of software engineers in an Agile environment, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. • Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance business processes, efficiency, and innovation. • Use AI tools to accelerate development and testing processes. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI to maintain a competitive edge. • Oversee the day-to-day engineering activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Occasionally develop functionality as part of the hands-on nature of this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or similar role in an Agile environment. • Strong knowledge of generative AI, .Net, React, and REST APIs. • Specific experience with generative AI and its application in web development. • Experience using AI tools to accelerate development and testing processes. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Willingness and ability to occasionally roll up sleeves. Nice to Have: Experience working with native AWS technologies, including Lex and Kendra. Experience in benefits administration or the healthcare industry.
