📋 Description

• Actively acquire new customers and strategically develop and manage existing accounts in the area of decentralized district solutions. • Build and maintain a strong network within the energy and real estate sectors and communicate professionally with internal and external partners. • Prepare and present preliminary concepts for supplying neighborhoods and properties with heat, cooling and electricity — with a focus on sustainable and fossil-free energy solutions. • Manage the entire sales process from the initial idea through proposal preparation to contract signing in close collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams. • Monitor market, competitor and technology trends and identify new business opportunities and projects. • Analyze customer requirements and tender specifications, assess opportunities, and coordinate proposal preparation internally and externally while considering technical, organizational, economic and timing constraints.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent qualification. • Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in energy supply contracting, sales, or in the planning and design of energy projects. • Technical understanding of energy supply solutions and experience with renewable energies for heat, cooling and power generation. • Experience in managing complex projects and interdisciplinary teams. • Confident user of common IT applications. • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and entrepreneurial and strategic thinking. • Business‑fluent German and good English skills.
