• Structure and prioritize the CRM backlog (epics, features, user stories), aligning business value, technical feasibility and dependencies. • Lead discovery with business areas, understanding value hypotheses, operational pain points and impact metrics. • Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers, defining acceptance criteria, coding standards, integrations and release quality. • Ensure adherence to architectures and standards defined by Salesforce Architecture (technical governance, limits, integrations, security and data). • Organize the development lifecycle (CI/CD, environments, releases, UAT, deployments), ensuring predictability and reduced rework. • Act as a multi-stakeholder interface with commercial channels, operations, compliance, data, marketing and customer service. • Build quarterly and semi-annual roadmaps, balancing strategic initiatives, technical debt and incremental improvements. • Define and track product metrics (adoption, value, internal NPS, incidents, operational efficiency) and engineering metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput, rework, incident rate, velocity). • Run prioritization and decision-making sessions, balancing scope, time and impact. • Map risks and dependencies, remove blockers and ensure coordination across squads and vendors. • Orchestrate the UAT, rollout and change management process with key stakeholders. • Create the minimal functional and technical documentation necessary to ensure traceability and support. • Support critical incidents and root cause analyses when the solution involves CRM. • Ensure that deliveries improve the internal and external user experience, increasing efficiency, conversion and data accuracy.
• Experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service or Experience), with practical expertise in metadata, data model, limits, integrations and security. • Ability to read and discuss technical topics in LWC, Apex, Platform Events, APIs and Salesforce CI/CD. • Experience in product discovery, user stories, user journeys, process mapping (BPMN) and acceptance criteria. • Experience in backlog prioritization, refinement and governance. • Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP), messaging/events and adjacent platforms (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, ERP, KYC, channels). • Familiarity with lean/flow metrics (lead time, throughput, cycle time, incidents, rework, velocity). • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalents. • Experience with continuous delivery processes (environments, releases, CI/CD). • Understanding of data governance, compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus in the financial context. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
