Description
• Investigate and troubleshoot sensitive escalations • Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional experts • Handle bug and app functionality reports • Manage internal escalations • Contribute to team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in customer service team or equivalent role • Fluent in English and Spanish • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment • Positive approach, willingness to learn • Excellent analytical skills and judgment
