📋 Description

• Drive and support the onboarding and vendor management processes • Organizing, collecting and entering vendor data into Burlington systems • Field vendor and merchant inquiries • Collaborate with cross functional partners to provide a smooth onboarding process • Respond promptly to vendor emails and inquiries • Educate teams on flow of onboarding process • Complete vendor forms/credit applications and provide resale certificates • Maintain and assist vendors with contact and remittance information updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 1-3 years of Vendor Management or Retail experience • Exceptional attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Adaptable and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Excellent time-management and organization skills to consistently meet deadlines • Capacity for working both independently and as part of a collaborative team • Creative problem-solving skills • Strong analytical skills and a comfort analyzing vendor data
