• Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes (Outbound). • Identificar, qualificar e desenvolver oportunidades de negócio. • Compreender as dores e necessidades dos potenciais clientes, conduzindo diagnósticos consultivos. • Apresentar a plataforma de forma consultiva, demonstrando como ela pode atender aos desafios do cliente. • Mapear projetos e oportunidades comerciais para direcionamento ao time de vendas. • Registrar e acompanhar as interações com os leads nas ferramentas da empresa. • Trabalhar em parceria com o time comercial para garantir um processo de qualificação eficiente.
• Experiência com prospecção Outbound. • Conhecimento da metodologia SPIN Selling. • Experiência com estratégias de prospecção ABM (Account-Based Marketing). • Vivência no segmento de Marketing Digital. • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em operações de SAC 4.0. • Experiência em empresas de tecnologia ou SaaS. • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Sales Engagement, prospecção e validação de e-mails.
