📋 Description

• Lead the Processes and Tools function within the Pricing team • Turn pricing policy into executable processes, supported by reliable data and production-ready tools • Build tools to support the Commercial team’s pricing decisions, such as a pricing calculator • Take tools from prototype to daily use • Design and automate the end-to-end pricing process, from quotation through approval • Define clear owners and approval authorities at each stage • Translate pricing needs for Product and Technology teams • Embed pricing policy into Caju’s systems • Support Commercial and Operations teams in using processes and tools • Ensure adoption and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end processes or workflows, with a systemic view of how teams connect • Hands-on profile, with a track record of building and putting solutions into use • Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with different teams, including Sales, Product, and Technology • Ability to prioritize in ambiguous environments • Logical and analytical thinking • Experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Planning, or Pricing (preferred) • Experience using generative AI tools, such as Claude and ChatGPT, to improve efficiency in processes and prototyping (preferred) • Basic SQL knowledge, sufficient to read and validate queries (preferred) • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM (preferred)
