📋 Description

• Add new parts to the NetSuite inventory module following established procedures and standards • Analyze information, identify variances and issues, and provide potential solutions • Analyze new item information and import item information into NetSuite • Monitor data quality, organize reports, and ensure data needs are met • Update and maintain manufacturer price lists and customer price levels • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs • Design and implement systems to solve problems and improve efficiency • Plan, execute, and document testing phases and provide user support • Import and update manufacturer price lists in NetSuite • Utilize and maintain import templates • Use the CRM system and edit documents to enter required information into the CRM • Create accurate CRM quotes based on Special Pricing Agreements • Ensure quotes are in the correct order for processing • Recognize issues and contact the correct person • Send prepared quotes to the appropriate sales team member • Complete ad hoc reporting and imports as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Computer literacy • Ability to operate Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word • ERP software experience, preferably NetSuite • Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages • Ability to apply basic algebra, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations • Proficiency in data analysis and calculations • Ability to adapt to challenging situations and balance, execute, and prioritize routine and analytical tasks • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective English communication with different stakeholders
