📋 Description

• Perform bookkeeping, tax calculation, reconciliations, and accounting and tax analysis • Perform corporate accounting and IFRS activities • Prepare complex journal entries and provisions • Analyze changes in equity and assets and liabilities • Validate, structure, cross-check blocks, and submit ECD (Digital Bookkeeping) • Prepare and file ECF (Corporate Income Tax Accounting Bookkeeping), including mapping Lalur/Lalascp and reconciling accounting profit with taxable profit • Use MIT integrated with DCTFWeb to enter, manage, and adjust federal tax and other liabilities • Submit DCTFWeb, manage tax clearance certificates, and monitor e-CAC • Calculate and file DCTF, EFD-Reinf, DIRF, and other federal tax obligations • Calculate ICMS/ST and file state tax obligations, including EFD-ICMS/IPI • Withhold and remit ISS, issue service invoices, and file municipal declarations

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field • Strong command of accounting standards, CPCs, complex journal entries, provisions, and analysis of changes in equity and assets and liabilities • Practical experience with bookkeeping and tax calculation for service companies under the Actual Profit and Presumed Profit regimes • Practical experience validating, structuring, cross-checking blocks, and submitting ECD • Extensive experience preparing and filing ECF, including Lalur/Lalascp mapping and reconciling accounting profit with taxable profit • Practical proficiency with MIT integrated into the DCTFWeb environment • Experience submitting DCTFWeb, managing tax clearance certificates, and monitoring e-CAC • Experience calculating and filing DCTF, EFD-Reinf, DIRF, and other federal declarations • Experience with EFD-ICMS/IPI, ICMS/ST calculation, and state tax obligations • In-depth knowledge of ISS withholding and remittance, service invoice issuance, and municipal declarations • Practical experience with government validation tools (SPED PVAs) and official portals (e-CAC and São Paulo’s Nota do Milhão) • Experience with accounting and tax systems, particularly Domínio
