📋 Description

• Execute and monitor month-end and period-end accounting close activities, ensuring deadlines are met and information quality is maintained • Reconcile accounting balances, identify discrepancies, and work toward resolving outstanding items • Analyze accounting transactions and information, ensuring the correct application of applicable accounting standards • Perform variance analyses of accounts and results, identifying and explaining relevant trends • Support business areas with accounting matters, contributing to the analysis of transactions, processes, and accounting requirements • Propose and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency and ensure compliance with applicable standards • Execute functional, unit, and integration tests, comparing results with the expected behavior of processes and accounting entries • Document test evidence and track outstanding issues through resolution, maintaining traceability of validations performed • Support the mapping of accounting processes and rules, contributing to the development of test scenarios and test cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • Knowledge of Brazilian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Solid experience with accounting reconciliation activities • Advanced knowledge of SAP FI, including an understanding of accounting flows and integration with other processes and modules • Advanced Excel skills • Experience with ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects, preferably involving SAP • Experience designing and executing functional and integration test scenarios • Knowledge of or experience with SAP S/4HANA • Experience applying structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis methodologies • Experience with data management tools such as Power BI and SQL
