Description

• Engage with a wide variety of internal project staff to support the preparation of promotional material. • Perform market analysis and research for competitive analysis in the industry. • Assist with organizing various workshops, events, forums, presentations, and webinars. • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM). • Support marketing and outreach activities including email and social media campaigns, website and content development, and stakeholder engagement opportunities. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Support project teams with daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, auditing tasks, and updating files or databases.

Requirements

• Completed at least three years of accredited college/university level coursework pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or other related fields. • Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media reporting tools. • Proficiency in project management across various stages of development and implementation (planning, execution, monitoring, and completion). • Knowledge or interest in transportation electrification industry. • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in internal and external teams with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced remote work environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum of 6 hours a day with an hour break.
