• Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects (daily phone calls, emails)• Communicate value proposition to decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities• Deliver against a quota for qualified leads• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to help close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth• Participate in optimizing sales development approach for ongoing improvement• Leverage Salesforce for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting
• Adapt easily to new situations and eager to learn/contribute• Prior SaaS SDR experience preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Emotional strength, determination, assertiveness, persuasiveness, and good listening skills required• Smart, confident, and able to build successful client relationships over the phone• Familiarity with tech stacks including Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar platforms preferred• 1+ years of work experience• Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales preferred
