📋 Description

• Monitor, prioritize, analyze, and level critical resources on a daily basis, such as drilling rigs and PLSVs, for production maintenance operations and investment projects • Analyze current business processes (as-is), anticipate requirements, and identify improvement opportunities • Review and organize requirements, design future-state processes (to-be), validate information, and identify solutions • Validate solutions for business needs and requirements, remove adoption constraints and barriers, and assess outcomes • Create analytical dashboards and verify data quality for the Drilling Rig and PLSV Operational Control teams • Explore technical details and produce visual summaries in PowerPoint for executive briefings • Prepare detailed Word documents for communication across all organizational levels • Establish clear options to support decision-making while considering different stakeholder perspectives • Interpret data and analyze asset performance across the value chain, including actuals, variances, trends, and forecasts • Perform other similar activities of the same complexity and scope

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills for handling large volumes of data • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and bring stakeholders together • Curiosity and self-management skills in an ambiguous and changing environment • Customer- and data-oriented mindset • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean • Experience in planning and control, process development, and reengineering • Ability to develop and operationalize data and metrics • Solid experience in logistics, supply chain management, fleet management, data analysis/business analysis, or business processes, or equivalent experience subject to contract oversight approval • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • Active registration with the relevant professional engineering council • Microsoft-certified Power BI professional with certification 70-778, PL-330, 70-799, or equivalent • SQL knowledge is desirable for querying databases and generating analyses
