📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical and operational activities, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and SLAs are met • Structure and optimize operational and support processes, workflows, procedures, and controls • Analyze incidents, requests, operational metrics, and statistics, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement • Conduct quality audits of support services and assess adherence to established processes and standards • Develop and monitor action plans to address nonconformities, risks, and operational deviations • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, preparing technical and management reports and analyses • Support process management, governance, and continuous improvement of ICT services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrotechnical Engineering • Active professional registration with CREA • Professional experience compatible with the responsibilities of the position • Knowledge of process management, performance metrics, auditing, and service quality • Ability to analyze incidents, requests, and operational data • Experience developing and monitoring action plans • Experience in engineering, telecommunications, ICT operations, or ICT support activities • Knowledge of metrics, SLAs, auditing, incident management, and process management • Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and root cause analysis (RCA) is desirable
