📋 Description

• Receive, analyze, monitor, and process purchase contracts (PCs), reporting status and recommending process improvements • Verify, correct, or report inconsistencies in PCs, including taxes, duties, delivery, payment, technical specifications, and contractual terms • Track, analyze, and present weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports on PC status and activity indicators • Send reviewed PCs to suppliers and monitor acceptance and required actions • Draft and submit inquiries and requests to the Legal, Finance, Tax, Advisory, PCAD, and other departments • Update PCs and report status in accordance with the Client’s instructions • Assess PC performance, diagnose issues, and implement maintenance, review, or cancellation actions • Review purchase requisitions • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve outstanding issues through supplier payment • Keep information and incident records up to date and organized • Support negotiations and discussions with suppliers • Organize, participate in, facilitate, and record meetings, and monitor action plans • Support contract management and the expediting of operating and capital goods • Support PC closure and document archiving

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate English proficiency for participation in meetings with international clients • Extensive knowledge and command of foreign trade • Excellent command of the local language and technical writing skills • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Knowledge of SAP and related solutions (Ariba, S/4HANA, YARD, etc.) • Knowledge of email systems • Knowledge of customs legislation and procedures • Extensive, proven experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, foreign trade, or related areas, preferably in medium-sized or large companies • Basic knowledge of Power BI • Knowledge of ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, UCP 600, for payments involving letters of credit, SBLCs, and other international payment methods • Knowledge of foreign exchange • Knowledge of international intermodal transportation • Analytical skills • University degree or technical qualification in any field, with a diploma or certificate issued and registered by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)
