📋 Description

• Provide support to internal and sales teams by addressing questions and general issues related to sales processes • Create and update sales reports using Excel and Power BI • Identify opportunities to optimize processes • Support operational tasks, such as product registration and pricing table maintenance • Provide assistance and support to internal and sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating communication across departments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer or internal support • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and Power BI • Strong communication skills • Analytical mindset • Organization and attention to detail • Proactivity and teamwork • Preferred: knowledge of Salesforce • This position is exclusively available to professionals residing in Brazil due to tax and legal requirements
