📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end automotive consulting and digital transformation initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Mobility, Network, and Aftersales • Manage project execution and lead cross-functional teams • Engage with senior client stakeholders as a trusted advisor • Support RFPs, proposals, client presentations, account growth, and new business opportunities • Develop industry insights, frameworks, and thought leadership assets • Mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 12–18 years of consulting experience • Strong exposure to the automotive industry and transformation programs • Domain expertise in Sales Transformation, Digital Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience, Dealer Networks, Aftersales, or Mobility solutions • Strong functional and digital knowledge across automotive sales, dealer operations, CRM, customer analytics, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives • Stakeholder management, problem-solving, team leadership, and business development skills • Exposure to AI-driven transformation opportunities
