📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business and user requirements • Map processes, workflows, and user journeys • Translate business needs into functional requirements and UX recommendations • Create wireframes and support solution design • Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC • Support testing, implementation, and user training • Develop documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders • Identify opportunities to improve digital experiences and business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, User Analysis, Web Analysis, UX, or related fields • Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes • Knowledge of UX principles and wireframing tools • Advanced English proficiency • Bachelor's degree, high school diploma or equivalent required • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Insurance industry knowledge preferred • Experience with testing, user training, and system implementation preferred • Familiarity with system monitoring tools preferred • Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based at the time of hire • FBS does not sponsor or obtain work authorization unless explicitly stated
