• 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or alliances — preferably in networking, cloud, or SaaS. • Demonstrated experience managing partners across multiple Latin American markets, with working knowledge of regional business practices and buying dynamics. • Business fluency in Spanish required; Portuguese fluency strongly preferred given the importance of the Brazilian market. • Experience working across diverse partner types — GSIs, MSPs, cloud service providers, telecom carriers/TSDs, and security-focused firms. • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud networking, and partner go-to-market motions. • Proven ability to develop joint business plans, manage partner programs, and execute regional go-to-market strategies with limited existing infrastructure. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus). • Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and operate independently across time zones. • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across the region.
