• Assisting in the selection and hiring of talent for Cardinal Health • Managing the candidate interview process including all scheduling, administrative and logistical details • Facilitate the candidate on-boarding process by creating offer letters, initiating and monitoring background screenings, providing orientation details, and submitting candidate paperwork for processing
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • Bilingual is a must (French/English) • 1-3 years of experience in related field, HR experience preferred • Advanced computer skills required • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, Dayforce, etc.) • Experience working with 3rd party background check vendors • Strong written and verbal communications skills
