📋 Description

• Digitize existing processes and continuously optimize them using AI technologies • Actively contribute to and drive forward strategic procurement projects • Implement and further develop quality assurance measures • Prepare data-driven analyses, presentations, and process documentation • Assist external service providers in using the billing system • Manage the team inbox and respond professionally to email inquiries • Serve as the first point of contact for telephone inquiries from external partners • Use AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools responsibly and in line with data governance, security, and ethical-use standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or commercial/technical vocational training • Strong MS Office skills and affinity for IT systems • Fluent German and very good English, written and spoken • Confident and professional telephone and written communication • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style • Team player with a strong service mindset
