📋 Description

• Own the German network strategy and set priorities for the team • Build and maintain relationships with key repair shop partners and channel partners • Identify gaps in market coverage and define how to close them • Monitor network performance and act on what the data tells you • Guide and support junior and part-time team members in their work • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on goals and output • Be the face of Fixico for strategic partners in Germany

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in account management, network development, or a similar role • Background in the automotive industry or working with repair shops • Confident in leading a team, even without formal authority • Strong commercial instinct and a strategic mindset • Fluent in English and German • Based in Germany • Open to regular travel within Germany and to our office in Amsterdam
