📋 Description

• Build and develop customer relationships • Independently manage your own customer portfolio • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure a trusting collaboration • Conduct regular reviews and strategically advance customer relationships • Organize client visits and represent our company professionally externally • Act as a central interface and always maintain an overview of all relevant client matters • Successfully manage projects • Own exciting scheduling and sales projects • Coordinate ongoing processes and ensure smooth implementation • Identify optimization potential and actively develop client-specific processes • Monitor timing, quality, and results at all times • Actively shape growth • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities and expand existing accounts • Work on strategic account plans and actively contribute to revenue development • Detect risks early and develop proactive measures for long-term client retention • Take on financial responsibility • Own budgets and financial KPIs for your projects • Monitor revenue, invoicing, and project performance • Work data-driven and make well-founded decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Sales • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities • Strategic thinking combined with analytical understanding and comfort with numbers • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style • Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks • Motivation to take on responsibility and grow with us
