• You acquire new customers, expand existing customer relationships, and ensure long-term successful business relationships through personal engagement and a professional manner. • You develop tailored solution proposals for electrical and non-electrical testing services in line with our service portfolio. • By working closely with technical and commercial project management, you contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the company’s commercial success. • You prepare proposals, conduct contract negotiations, and conclude agreements. • You identify market opportunities and developments, inform the sales and management teams, and provide recommendations. • You are also responsible for preparing documentation of your sales activities and sales figures.
• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration or a comparable field. • You demonstrate strong analytical skills, technical affinity, and a passion for customer-focused sales. • A independent, structured, reliable, and service-oriented way of working is natural for you. • As a strong communicator who is creative and flexible, you collaborate effectively across departmental boundaries. • Ideally, you have industry knowledge in the services sector and/or electrical engineering and initial experience in key account management.
