📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across game development, iGaming, and other business areas • Personally lead and close complex, niche, and high-priority vacancies • Partner with Hiring Managers to clarify requirements, align on candidate profiles, and keep hiring processes moving • Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely feedback and decision-making throughout the hiring process • Provide market insights and recruitment data to support hiring decisions and search strategy • Organize recruitment priorities, workload, and day-to-day activities across the team • Oversee vacancy management, ATS administration, reporting, and process coordination • Monitor the overall recruitment pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment • Proven recruitment experience within the iGaming/game development industry • Strong experience closing challenging and niche technical, creative, and business roles • Good understanding of the game development industry and its key roles and specializations • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build effective search strategies for roles with limited candidate pools • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from intake and sourcing to offer and closing • Experience working directly with Hiring Managers and managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously • High level of ownership and initiative • Strong organizational skills and ability to stay effective when priorities change quickly • Experience with ATS, recruitment reporting, and day-to-day recruitment operations • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken • Based in Europe or experienced in working closely with Eastern European teams and stakeholders • Nice to have: experience in iGaming/game development outsourcing • Nice to have: experience recruiting across multiple international markets
