📋 Description

• Prepare analyses, diagnostics, and action plans for the HR Process Leadership team. • Ensure compliance and standardization of HR routines and procedures across partner areas. • Monitor People Analytics metrics (turnover, absenteeism, liabilities, critical time windows, and process adherence), producing analyses and insights. • Resolve complex operational cases, including reconciliations, audits, contingencies, and regulatory issues. • Advise leaders and teams on labor law, internal policies, and operational procedures. • Audit operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Develop automations and scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual work. • Review and update the area's procedures, policies, and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR processes, labor compliance, HR operations, or related areas. • Advanced Google Sheets skills, with experience creating automations and scripts. • Experience using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar). • Experience with People Analytics, including building and analyzing HR metrics. • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, regulatory standards (NRs), and collective agreements/conventions. • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related fields. • Analytical, data-driven profile with strong communication, autonomy, and a focus on continuous improvement. • Experience in fast-paced organizations with a large workforce is a plus.
