• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, growing the company’s corporate portfolio. • Serve as the main point of contact for large corporate accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with the Account Manager and the Renewals & Cross Sell roles to manage the corporate portfolio and support ongoing client needs. • Achieve specific annual goals related to new client acquisition and upselling/cross selling to long-tail customers. • Build partnerships with agencies and other collaborators to drive adoption of our SaaS and hosting portfolio. • Establish long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring loyalty and increased revenue. • Proactively ask existing partners and clients for referrals to identify new selling opportunities. • Follow up on referral leads, nurturing them into successful partnerships or corporate accounts. • Work with other team.blue companies to provide reseller services, ensuring smooth operations for customers. • Act as a liaison between team.blue service providers and the company to resolve issues and enhance service offerings. • Partner with the Sales Manager, who oversees inbound sales, renewals & cross-selling, to align sales strategies and corporate account activities. • Collaborate with Support and Sales team members to identify potential corporate leads within the existing customer base. • Provide feedback and suggestions to the Head of Customer Experience for customers’ needs, improving products, services, and overall customer satisfaction. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine business development strategies. • Actively contribute to the company’s goals by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Proven experience in business development, with a focus on corporate clients and channel management. • Ability to manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships. • Familiarity with web / cloud hosting and Software as a Service domain will be considered a plus. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as HubSpot, and the ability to use these tools for sales and reporting purposes. • Strong ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports to track performance and inform decision-making. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be considered a plus. • Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and develop data-driven strategies. • Ability to collaborate across departments and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
