• Provide voice-based customer support in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized solutions to meet customer needs • Dynamically offer our financial products and services with the goal of building customer loyalty and ensuring the best outcomes for the client • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn performance-based rewards • Receive customers, resolve questions and handle requests with excellence, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday) • Workday: 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps and wired Ethernet connection for desktop use • Clear and concise communication • Customer service techniques • Active listening and analysis of customer needs • Time management and prioritization of tasks • Proactivity and a desire to make a difference • Ability to work in a team and seek creative solutions to delight customers • Passion for challenges and results-oriented mindset
