📋 Description

• Provide proactive outbound and inbound support to retailers in the vehicle segment (independent dealerships). • Manage a portfolio of approximately 65–70 retailers, building and maintaining ongoing close relationships. • Work on prospecting, negotiating with and retaining partners, encouraging the adoption and use of Itaucred products. • Support retailers in arranging financing, resolving blockers with internal areas (credit, pricing, etc.). • Conduct remote visits (phone calls, video calls and messages) to monitor operations and strengthen relationships. • Identify opportunities to increase market share and monetize the portfolio. • Perform analyses of the retailer’s and business’s profile to inform commercial decisions. • Ensure the quality of information and communications with partners, representing the Itaú brand professionally. • Organize and prioritize portfolio tasks to ensure efficient delivery within available time.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial areas, customer service or portfolio management. • Experience in negotiation and client relationship management (preferably in financial or automotive sectors). • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to argue persuasively. • Resilient and proactive profile, comfortable working with targets and commercial challenges. • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple simultaneous demands. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • University degree completed or in progress (flexible depending on background). • Familiarity with the vehicle market or automotive financing is desirable (not mandatory). • Degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields is preferred. • Additional courses in sales, negotiation, customer service or financial products are a plus. • Experience in remote client engagement (phone, video, messaging) will be considered an advantage.
