📋 Description

• Manage payroll-deductible loan offerings, ensuring risk control aligned with the business's strategic objectives. • Define, develop and implement credit granting and portfolio management strategies that drive sustainable results. • Strategically work on optimizing delinquency recovery, with an analytical mindset and a focus on efficiency. • Conduct complex analyses related to credit underwriting and delinquency management, supporting business decisions. • Analyze and monitor the origination and performance of the payroll-loan portfolio, proposing continuous improvements. • Place the customer and their needs at the center of decisions, balancing customer experience and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in credit analysis and credit management, with a focus on payroll loans. • Analytical, data-oriented profile with the ability to interpret metrics, identify opportunities, and support strategic decisions. • Experience with analytical tools such as Excel and SQL, and PowerPoint for executive presentations. • Experience in portfolio analysis, credit underwriting, risk indicators, and performance monitoring. • Data-driven profile with the ability to analyze large volumes of information, interpret metrics, identify patterns, and turn data into actionable insights for decision-making. • Ability to work cross-functionally, with strong engagement and interaction with other areas. • Critical thinking and a strong sense of prioritization, with autonomy to conduct complex analyses and propose improvements. • Strong communication skills to present and defend technical viewpoints clearly and objectively to different stakeholders. • Intermediate English proficiency. • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
