📋 Description

• Build strategic indicators for different areas • Create, publish and maintain Power BI Service reports and related reports • Ensure data integrity and perform validations to guarantee information accuracy • Create controls for production results and payments • Prepare executive presentations based on indicator results • Monitor, review and issue documents, emails, payments and reimbursements • Prepare and populate spreadsheets and internal control views • Monitor and analyze product-related workflows • Provide support and follow-up for operational areas • Automate recurring reports and analytical processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Experience in administrative functions • Experience creating, validating and managing reports • Analytical and interpretative skills • Good interpersonal skills • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Experience with and knowledge of Power BI Service • Knowledge of sales KPIs: Leads, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket (Average Order Value), TMA (Average Handling Time), TME (Average Resolution/Response Time), Churn and Projections • Organized and detail-oriented, as you will handle internal company documents • Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with calculations for data collection and analysis • Dynamic with strong written and verbal communication skills
