• Conduct studies and analyses to support the definition of pricing strategies with a customer-centric view, applied to banking benefits; • Manage product P&L, monitor customer outcomes and interpret profitability indicators such as RAROC, PB, CC, RGO, CV and CEA; • Make adjustments and enhancements to the Minhas Vantagens program rules, focusing on optimizing results and continuously improving the customer experience; • Work collaboratively, demonstrating strong analytical ability and teamwork; • Apply financial knowledge to support decision-making; experience or familiarity with credit is desirable; • Review and adjust rules for benefits programs, scoring and tiers; • Design proposals for banking benefits according to customer profile and engagement.
• Ownership mentality, with a strong sense of responsibility for results and deliverables; • Strong analytical ability, with skill to interpret data and generate actionable insights; • Results-oriented, working with a focus on targets and performance indicators; • Customer-focused, centered on experience and the value delivered throughout the customer relationship; • Proactive and autonomous in identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing processes; • Ability to work collaboratively, partnering with multidisciplinary teams; • Highly analytical profile, with a strong data orientation to support decision-making and generate business insights; • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics or related fields. • Technology: Advanced Office suite skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
