📋 Description

• Conduct strategic analyses to identify risks and opportunities arising from the use of Open Finance. • Translate analytical insights into tactical actions and high-impact initiatives that generate value. • Lead orchestration and alignment with business areas. • Define, monitor and evolve metrics, KPIs and OKRs related to customer primacy and revenue generation for the bank. • Work cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams, both within and beyond the Open Finance context.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and conducting strategic analyses. • Experience in Growth, value generation, and business strategy areas. • Experience in multifunctional environments, interacting with Business, Product, Data, Communications and Technology teams. • Strategic vision combined with a strong sense of ownership. • Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. • Clear communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders. • Autonomy, organization and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments. • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
