📋 Description

• Act as the focal point for new pilots, mobilizations and operations, serving as a technical and strategic Finance reference. • Lead Finance projects end-to-end, with strong interaction with Operations, Business Development, Legal, HR and external vendors. • Manage personnel mobilization processes for new transport operations, taking into account critical timelines, budgets, SLAs and performance metrics. • Support the development of business cases and assess financial viability. • Ensure Finance processes are implemented in accordance with corporate standards, legal requirements and market best practices. • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in decision-making, prioritizing tasks and managing risks. • Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and technology adoption in Finance processes to promote agility and operational efficiency. • Serve as the focal point for creating, improving or adapting financial processes in high operational complexity environments. • Support cross-functional Finance initiatives and collaborate closely with other departments across the organization. • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks by providing efficient solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or Economics • Postgraduate specialization in Finance, Controllership, Project Management or Auditing is desirable • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Thinkcell • Proven experience in mobilization projects, operation startups or new business development • Previous experience as a project coordinator or in an equivalent role • Advanced English – mandatory.
