📋 Description

• Support strategic planning for the Credit Cards business, helping define targets, strategic initiatives, and tracking results; • Develop business analytics focused on product performance, customer behavior, profitability, risk, fraud, delinquency/default, and strategic KPIs; • Build and maintain management and executive dashboards, ensuring clarity, consistency and an end-to-end view of business metrics; • Conduct advanced studies and analyses including: • Acquisition, activation, usage, customer retention and monetization; • Revenue (interchange, interest, fees); • Costs and operational efficiency; • Losses (provision for doubtful accounts - PDD, chargebacks, fraud); • Outcome scenarios considering the introduction of new products or features; • Support leadership in strategic decision-making by preparing executive presentations, scenario analyses and data-driven recommendations; • Act as a partner to Product, Commercial, Risk, Credit, Marketing, Finance and Technology teams; • Identify opportunities for process improvement, report automation and enhanced data usage; • Ensure governance, quality and reliability of the information used in analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields; • Solid experience in analytical areas such as Business Analytics, Credit Policy, Pricing and Planning; • Strong command of data analysis and business metrics; • Advanced knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel / Google Sheets; • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar); • Ability to structure complex analyses and communicate results clearly to executive audiences; • Preferred qualifications: • Experience in financial institutions, fintechs or acquirers; • Experience with Credit Cards or payment methods; • Knowledge of statistical modeling or predictive analytics; • Experience with data analysis languages (Python, R); • Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields; • Advanced English;
