📋 Description

• Partner with business leaders to provide data-driven financial analysis and insights • Collaborate with business stakeholders in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), with a strong focus on revenue, costs, and margins • Prepare and continuously improve budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial projections • Produce monthly and quarterly management reports, tracking performance versus plan and highlighting key variances • Deliver clear, structured analysis and commentary on financial results to non-finance stakeholders • Support the identification of opportunities to improve business performance and efficiency • Contribute to process improvements related to financial planning, reporting, and performance management • Participate in cross-functional initiatives, such as BI tools, dashboards, and process enhancement projects • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests • Act as a go-to finance point of contact for day-to-day business queries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Around 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis • Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Basic financial modeling knowledge • Understanding of cash flow and working capital management • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) • Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
